Who we are

Gabriel ("we", "us") provides desktop trade-automation software and related web services for futures traders. Contact: hello@gabriel.trading.

Your broker credentials stay on your device

We never receive or store your broker/platform passwords or API secrets. Credentials you enter in the Gabriel desktop app are encrypted at rest on your own machine (operating-system secure storage) and used only to connect to your own accounts. They are not transmitted to us.

What we collect

• Account info — name, email, and authentication details when you create an account (via our auth provider).
• Billing — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & diagnostics — analytics about how the site/app is used (e.g. Google Analytics and/or product analytics), and error reports, to improve the product.
• Support — messages you send us (e.g. via Discord or email) and any diagnostics you choose to share.
• Cookies — for sign-in and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, process payments, communicate with you, ensure security, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share limited data with providers who help us operate — authentication, payments (Stripe), hosting, and analytics — under their respective terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can access, update, or delete your account information, and request a copy or deletion of your data, by contacting us. You can disconnect linked accounts and revoke access at any time.
