Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026. Plain-language summary pending final review by counsel.

What Gabriel is

Gabriel is general-purpose trade-automation software. It connects to your own brokerage/platform accounts using your own credentials and executes orders you or a broadcaster you subscribe to direct it to. Gabriel is not a broker, FCM, exchange, or investment adviser, and does not hold funds or place trades on its own behalf.

Your responsibility

No financial advice

Nothing in Gabriel or from broadcasters is investment, legal, or tax advice. Signals and strategies are not recommendations. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled; manage or cancel anytime. Fees are processed by our payment provider. Marketplace/broadcaster subscriptions are governed by their listed terms.

Signals you subscribe to

Signals from a broadcaster are licensed to you for use in your own Gabriel-connected accounts only. You may not redistribute, resell, relay, or re-broadcast a broadcaster's signals to any other person, service, or tool. Violations may result in termination and loss of access.

Acceptable use

Don't use Gabriel to break the law, infringe others' rights, access accounts that aren't yours, or violate a venue's terms. We may suspend access for misuse.

Warranty & liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted execution, fills, latency, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions: hello@gabriel.trading.

Placeholder terms for launch — to be finalized with legal counsel (including entity, registration, and copy-trading/CTA questions) before broad release. Nothing here is legal advice.
